The Sanok based Nafta-Gaz-Serwis Sp. z o.o. company operates in the gas supply and mining areas. The operations include management of gas drilling sites, construction of gas and oil pipelines, construction and installations of medical networks, reduction stations and boring heads as well as providing general civil engineering services. The company participates in the Polish gas and oil mining industry, leading to increase gas production.
Implementation of the V-Desk document circulation and archiving system assumed document flow from multiple locations, as the company is associated with three plants in Grabownica, Olszanica and Wielopole.
The first stage included incorporation of purchase documents and contracts. These documents are imaged, registered and introduced into the electronic circulation system.
The accounting department uses the V-desk barcode based document retrieval facility, allowing quick verificaton of a current document’s location.
The implementation included integration with the accounting and finance system ”Simple” and a tracking system by InterLan.. Invoice data from V-desk is automatically exported to the tracking system, which allows cost control and budget planning.
Introduction of the V-Desk system to Nafta-Gaz-Serwis improved and simplified the document circulation process, improved cost verification and management levels.
