ATG Sp. z o.o.
The V-Desk system was available in production for ATG Sp. z o.o. at the beginning of May 2005. It is used by over 30 employees. The electronic document circulation system includes quotation and contract documents and orders.
Located outside of Poznan, the ATG Sp. z o.o. supplies materials and components for constructon of reduction and control stations I° i II°, medium and high pressure gas pipelines and gas and oil mining operations. The ATG Sp. Z.o.o. customers are comprised of major gas suppliers in Poland.
The implementation of the V-Desk electronic document circulation and retrieval system aimed to improve customer service by ensuring efficient circulation of receipts, contract documents and orders. By introduction of better communication between employees, the V-Desk system also improved the process of completion of current tasks. The implementation of the V-Desk system resulted in faster information access, reporting and analysis.
The ATG Sp. z o.o is an ISO 9001:2000. certified company. Implementation of the V-Desk improved the company’s management according to the ISO standards, thus increasing management’s accuracy by increasing its quality.
The contract signed with PrimeSoft Polska Sp. z o.o. included both implementation of the V-Desk system and customizing it according to ATG requirements. The integration process was conducted on the financial and accounting platform, resulting in a creation of one single, comprehensive customer database. The contract agreement also included one-to-one training for users and administrators of the V-Desk system.
The ATG Sp. z o.o. expressed interest in modelling and creation of circulatiion paths for paper based documents by the system administrator. The PrimeSoft Polska Sp. z o.o. offered assistance by providing expert support.
