GETIN Bank S.A. is a countrywide retail bank specialisiing in providing a wide range of products to individual and small business customers. Services of the GETIN Bank are available in 114 branches (including over 20 branches of the Mortgage Credit Office „DOM”) located in the larger Polish towns and cities and through a wide network of agents. Considering its fast growing range of competitive products, rapid increase in the number of branches and assets growth, the GETIN Bank can be recognized as the most dynamically expanding bank in Poland.

The GETIN Bank S.A. has 100% polish investor base, with 98.2 % of the shares owned by Getin Holding S.A., a financial group registered on the Polish Giełda Papierów Wartościowych, comprising of the Open Finance (financial advising) company, credit agents (PDK and FIOLET), leasing companies (Getin Leasing and Carcade Leasing Russia).

By the end of 2005, the PrimeSoft Polska Sp. z o.o. commenced inplementation of the V-Desk system for GETIN Bank S.A. Centrum Akceptacji i Administracji Kredytów Samochodowych which was completed in February 2006. This implementation included incoming correspondence management, control of outgoing correspondence and monintoring issues. The V-Desk system was integrated with all existing GETIN Bank S.A. banking applications. The aim was to improve credit managenent, especially in the context of the extraordinary dynamics of the Bank’s growth.
