Implementation of the PrimeSoft Polska Sp. z o.o. V-Desk system in Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowe i Handlowe "AGROBEX" Sp. z o.o. commenced in November 2006.

The implementation aim was to improve processing of documents such as invoices and memos as well as create external access (e. g. at the construction sites by construction managers). In addition, implemented fuctionality of allowing control of ongoing investments by creation of dedicated costing reports required by the tracking, accounting and bill of materials.
The integration with the existing FV and CRM systems was important. As a result, data based on the information from the V-Desk system is passed to other applications – the finance and accounting system receives invoice data (the allocation to relevant accounts and numbering is automatic). The finance and accounting system also receives data on selected memos.

The electronic circulation system also includes all third party quotations and invoices and incoming correspondence. A definition of a contract document type registered only in the V-Desk system was also created.
The V-Desk system is used by 50 employees.

The Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowe i Handlowe "AGROBEX" Sp. z o.o. company was estabilished in November 1988 as a Limited Company.
Company operations consist of three major areas – civil engineering, IT and Custom Services. The mainstream operations are related with the civil engineering. As a property developer the company sells housing flats. It also provides all civil engineering services.

Deployment of the V-Desk system gave "AGROBEX" access to documents irrespective of the actual location of the paper documents and with no need for photocopying. The circulation time of invoices and other documents was sgnificantly reduced. Automatic accounts allocation reduced the amount of work for the accounting department.
